October 5th General Conference and Kassidy's 9th Birthday

The day started out with Igloos for breakfast. It is one scoop of ice cream on an Eggo waffle with mini marshmallows all over the ice cream. It looks like an igloo when you are done. Then you put it in the oven to brown the marshmallows. I set it to broil, but you need to keep your eye on it it will brown fast. When nice and golden you put chocolate syrup on it and eat. That is some good eats.

Then Kassidy opened two of the six gifts. She got the Spiderwick movie and the field guide book.

The kids watched the movie. Then we all watched conference. I love to here the talks. They are filled with inspiration and knowledge.
